Our Process
1. Schedule an Initial Consultation
The purpose of this initial consultation is to understand your requirements, preferences, budget, and timeline. This is best done at our showroom (which is helpful because of the extensive product sample selection and model kitchens).
2. Make a Deposit
After the initial consultation, a deposit is required for further time spent to visit your home, take measurements, and develop an initial design. If you are purchasing cabinets from us, your deposit is applied to your purchase. $500 deposit for bathroom or small kitchen. $1000 deposit for larger space.
3. Design Review
We will review the initial design and make one revision without incurring additional cost. Subsequent revisions can be made at additional cost.
4. Order Cabinets
This appears as a distinct step because cabinets typically make up a significant percentage of a kitchen or bath remodel. Since they are built to order specifically for your project, completing the cabinet order helps with the synchronization of the various steps in your remodeling project.
5. Begin Work!
We will be in frequent contact with you and the contractor to help ensure that the construction is in accordance with the design, and to coordinate product delivery and installation. Typical sequence of work: Demolition, framing, rough plumbing and rough electrical, drywall and paint, flooring, cabinet and appliance installation, countertop installation, backsplash installation, finished plumbing and electrical installation, cabinet hardware, final touchups and adjustments.
